Here's how our turn-time guarantee works-We will guarantee a project ship date based on two interim dates being met:
- Your approval of the artwork proof
- Our confirmation of your master's usability
Missing either one of these dates will push back the guaranteed ship date by an equal amount of time.We'll pay you $100 or 10% of the value of the order (order amount not to include shipping, taxes or film charges), whichever is less, for every day we miss the ship date we quote, up to 5 days. The stipulations, of course, are you must approve the artwork proof by an agreed upon time and we must receive a usable master by an agreed upon date.
Tight turn-times may incur rush charges.
No cash payment, any payment issued is applied toward next CD/DVD duplication or CD/DVD replication order.
Custom packaging requirements generally require longer turn-times. It is not included in the turn-time guarantee (if it's not posted on our site it is considered custom).
