Tara has been in this business for seven years, five with ProAction. Coming out of college she either was weighing her many career options or didn’t have a clue what she wanted to do, depending on your point of view. She knew she enjoyed teaching—her grandmother and father were both teachers—but just didn’t see herself in a classroom five days a week.

Her biggest joys today come from educating customers to make sure they understand all the options and the variety: a band, film director, VP of Training and software developer may all be part of her day. When she’s not focused on your project Tara enjoys reading, traveling and teaching in the classroom one day a week.

After 14 years in this business he hasn’t changed his approach to doing what’s best for his customers.

Matt has been in this business for seven years, five with ProAction. He never fashioned himself a salesperson; doesn’t even like the concept, really. Matt feels the same way about BS. He knows his stuff, he sweats the details and he works hard for his customers. His payoff is the long-term relationships that come from people discovering they can trust him to guide them to the best solution.

Matt loves a challenge, his ProAction “family” and listening to his amazing music collection (from classical to “hard core with a lot of yelling”).

Paul’s entry to the music scene started in April 1987 by attending his first concert – U2 in Tempe, Arizona. The energy of the show reeled him in to the music industry. Currently, he studies and performs extensively as a songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist.

As a graduate from Arizona State University in Engineering, along with operating his own duplication/replication business, and recording studio for 9 years, Paul is ultimately versed in producing your job. The attention to detail that you will receive is unrenowned. His goal has always been to produce your order to your total satisfaction.
